Jr. Officer/Officer-HR (Payroll)
• Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.
• Process monthly payroll including salary calculation, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Generate salary slips and distribute them to employees on time.
• Maintain employee master data including salary structure, bank details, and tax declarations.
• Ensure accurate deductions of PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory components.
• File monthly statutory returns such as PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
• Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions.
