Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant/ Developer
For a start up company in Mumbai (work from office)
Experience:
2+ years of practical experience in Oracle HCM project implementation
Completed at least 2 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.
Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud
Must possess rich experience in fusion functional workflows and modules
Candidate MUST have experience in SQL
Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components
Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good attention to detail in English
Experience working with an onshore/offshore delivery model
Touch points with Agile Project Management methods (e.g. SCRUM)
Strong communication and team working skills
Responsibilities:
HCM design, development, testing and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud
Technical Tasks include BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts
Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation or user guides
Working with HR team in the development of new projects
Participation in the development of proof of concepts
Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered
International collaboration and daily alignment with colleagues around the globe
Background:
Computer science-related studies
MBA or MSc preferred but not mandatory
International experience
