Job Description
Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in running and managing ad campaigns, with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant digital ad networks.
· Ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliverables.
· Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
· Write compelling ad copies, taglines, and captions tailored to campaign objectives and target demographics.
· Adapt tone and style according to platform and audience.
· Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure messaging consistency.
· Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting for each campaign.
· Use insights from analytics tools to refine targeting strategies.
· Monitor daily campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and impressions.
· Make real-time data-driven decisions for ongoing campaign improvement.
· Identify underperforming areas and recommend corrective actions.
· Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for:
· Ad creatives (images, videos, text).
· Landing pages and CTAs.
· Targeting segments and audience behavior.
· Content Team to ensure ad copy and landing pages align with the campaign's message.
· Design Team for Ads creative.
· Maintain regular communication with clients for:
· Sharing campaign reports and updates daily.
· Providing strategic insights based on performance.
· Taking briefs and understanding client expectations clearly.

Pay: ₹17,477.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month
