Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment processes, sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate records, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements. Additional responsibilities include handling candidate communications and contributing to employer branding initiatives. Success in this position is measured against target-based achievements.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques and tools, resume screening, and maintaining organized recruitment records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for conducting interviews and supporting hiring processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, target-based approach, and talent acquisition practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software is a plus.
• Passion for building professional relationships and supporting career growth.
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
