• Good understanding of Sales application and entities
• Perform Root Cause Analysis on Tickets assigned
• Perform Impact analysis and document solution
• Perform Configuration and Customization on Salesforce Applications in the Ecosystem based on approved solution design
• Create Unit Test Plans and Perform Unit Testing / Document Defects
• Support System and User Acceptance Testing
• Understand and follow development standards
• Deployment and Warranty Support
