• Should have certification in Manual & Automation testing.
• Should have undergone a formal course in software testing.
• Should be good in identifying bugs and mistakes.
• Should have an eye on details.
• Should be quality conscious.
Qualification: B.E (CS), B.Tech. (CS), MCA or Diploma in CS
