We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Software Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software manually to ensure high quality, identifying bugs, and ensuring our products meet customer expectations and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
Develop effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure proper test coverage and resolve issues.
Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure software usability, functionality, and stability before release.
Provide detailed feedback on UI/UX and performance issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Manual Tester or QA Tester.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Postman).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
