Qualifications: : Minimum 5 yrs experience of which at least two years working as a Jr Sous Chef with Cruise lines
Responsibilities: : Monitor and ensure all culinary standards and allergy guidelines are adhered to. Provide feedback on recipe formulation to Executive Chef. Establish food quality standards during storage, production and service. Provide leadership for all direct reports
