Jr Sous Chef / Sr CDP - Multicuisine / Continental
JD - Will be responsible to efficiently running of the department in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Jr Sous Chef is responsible managing /assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
Eligibility -
• BHM/B.A or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (with specialization in the kitchen department), 2-4 years of experience as a Sous Chef / Key position in the Kitchen with a restaurant chain or Hotel Brand.
• Area of specialization in the kitchen should either be Continental/ Oriental or a Mix of Both.
• Communication must be excellent should be good in guest handling, Innovative, knowledge of menu planning and overall Menu Costing, team building and handling.
