Quaification - Graduate
Experience - 3- 4 yrs
Lot Picking:
Ensure accurate selection of materials based on lot numbers to maintain traceability and inventory accuracy.
Material Feeding (On-line Activity):
Timely and correct feeding of materials to the production line to support uninterrupted operations.
Perpetual Count Inventory:
Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out):
Follow FIFO principles to ensure older stock is used first, reducing the risk of obsolescence.
Maintain 5S:
Adhere to 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
