What You'll Do (The Bridge):
The "Now": Execute [design / edits] with world-class Kraft. You are the backbone of our creative output and will deliver A-grade work on all "current" client needs.
The "Future": Understand that your [designs / edits] are the "clean data" the Al needs to see. You'll focus on consistency and authority, not just one-off viral "hits."
Bring your own ideas. We listen to talent, not titles.
