About Us
The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear.
Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 13 offline stores with plans for expansion pan India.

Team & Position Summary
The Souled Store is hiring a talented Junior Video Editor. Take on a pivotal role within our Media Team, enhancing video content to elevate our visual storytelling. This is your chance to contribute to cutting-edge videos in a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
• Edit and assemble raw video footage to create compelling and high-quality videos that align with the company's brand and messaging.
• Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools to trim, cut, and arrange footage.
• Incorporate music, graphics, and special effects to enhance video content.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team, including videographers, graphic designers, and other content creators, to ensure a seamless integration of video projects.
• Collaborate with senior video editors to implement feedback and enhance the visual quality of projects.
Organization:
• Manage and organize both video, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and archival.
• Keep track of project timelines and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of video content.
Quality Control:
• Review and assess the quality of video, ensuring they meet the company's high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to video.
Creativity:
• Bring innovative storylines and ideas to the table, contributing to the overall creativity and impact of video content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into video projects.
Communication:
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any challenges or concerns.
Qualification :
• Experience in video editing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and Animations.
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education & Experience:
● A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
● 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role
