Job Description
As a Jr. Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in the post-production process by editing video footage to produce compelling, visually appealing content. You will work closely with the senior editing team to bring their creative vision to life and ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the editing process, from assembling raw footage to final production
• Implement creative storytelling techniques to enhance the visual narrative
• Ensure all video and audio content meets quality standards
• Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm and execute video concepts
• Manage and organize video files and assets
• Adjust and fine-tune color grading for visual consistency
• Create motion graphics and visual effects as needed
• Collaborate with the sound design team to synchronize audio and video elements
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing
• Assist in video shoots and provide input on shot composition and framing
• Support the development of new video formats and styles
• Maintain an efficient workflow and meet project deadlines
• Communicate with team members regarding project status and requirements

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and file delivery
• Ability to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling techniques
• Basic understanding of color grading and correction
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
