We design, develop and deploy intuitive solutions to help employees with their everyday service needs and our primary focus is delivering value through automation and self service. About The Role
As a Software development engineer you will collaborate with business systems analysts, architects and other engineers to design solutions and deliver reliable features and capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Engage with multiple teams to setup integrations and participate in automating recurring process & procedures. Perform platform administration, by monitoring platform health and ensure stability of hosted solutions. Involve in code review and testing.
About You
Software Application Engineer
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with software development with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development & administration.
• Proven experience in programming utilizing one or more of the following: Angular, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX and CSS.
Other Qualifications
• Experience with upgrades, cloning, developing and supporting 3rd party integrations with ServiceNow, MID Server, web services, creating and maintaining APIs.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration, integration hub/custom integrations, service portal and Mobile App development.
• Experience working with ITSM, Asset Management, ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration), Performance Analytics, ITIL, Agile & SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Self-starter and technically savvy who is keen to explore new capabilities and solutions to business problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• ServiceNow certifications desired - Certified System Administration, Certified Application Developer.
Sr. Software Application Engineer
Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience with software development with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development & administration.
• Proven experience in programming utilizing one or more of the following: Angular, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX and CSS.
Other Qualifications
• Must have developed scoped, custom applications and configured Service Portal on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with upgrades, cloning, developing and supporting 3rd party integrations with ServiceNow, MID Server, web services, creating and maintaining APIs.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow integrations which include SSO, SAML, LDAP, AD, Jamf, Slack etc.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration, integration hub, service portal and Mobile App development.
• In-depth understanding of ITSM, Asset Management, ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration), Performance Analytics, ITIL, Agile & SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Self-starter and technically savvy who is keen to explore new capabilities and solutions to solve business problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
