The Computational Technology and Medicine Laboratory at IIT Bombay is looking for a highly motivated Junior/Senior Research Fellow to join a medical device development project.
Position Overview:
Salary: ₹31,000 - ₹37,000 per month + 24% HRA
Duration: 6-month initial contract, with potential extension up to one year based on performance.
Eligibility Requirements:
B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Preference for candidates with an M.Tech degree or GATE qualification.
Must have completed all graduation requirements with no ongoing academic enrollment.
Required Skills:
Circuit Design & Component Selection: Proficiency in Raspberry Pi, GPIO, DSI, USB interfacing, and power/cooling solutions.
Embedded Systems Programming: Expertise in Python and Arduino, OS configuration, software architecture, GUI development with PyQt5, data acquisition and processing, networking, database management, and machine learning.
Hardware Skills: Experience with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Python, CAD tools (e.g., SOLIDWORKS), FDM 3D printing, and RS-232, USB serial communication.
Important Logistics:
