Salary- 10,80,000 Rs CTC (in hand). Approximately +0,000 INR/ month

Key responsibilities:
• Managing the overall online strategy for EcoEnergy Insights.
• Own end-to-end execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization
• Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
• For a set of products: Create compelling sales and marketing collateral (e.g., e-mails, brochures, case studies, press releases, blog posts, videos, web page content, event content) to create awareness and acquire and nurture leads.
• Support our sales efforts in select high potential geographies. This includes account focused marketing for key accounts to scale up the business.
• Managing agency relations. This includes identifying agencies to support our work, evaluating them and working and coordinating with them to complete projects (ranging from videos to content to collateral to events).
• Working with Carrier Marketing and other stakeholders for necessary approvals
• Marketing communications: Developing select PowerPoint slides/ presentations, for internal and external audiences
There is opportunity to further expand the scope of the role and grow in areas such as Analyst Relations and PR and Media Management.
Education:
• Bachelor’s – Marketing, Prior work experience in a Prior work experience in an IT/PaaS organisation (B2B) is a plus
Soft Skills
• An understanding of B2B marketing with a passion to learn more
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to work with globally distributed stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills(in English)
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with an eye for detail
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, ability to switch between multiple projects while moving the needle forward on each of them.
Technical Skills
• Digital marketing experience, with a significant part of that being hands-on experience with campaigns on search, display, social-media and email. A strong grasp of the nuances of each channel. An understanding of html is a plus.
• Ability to handle agencies to complete projects: Ability to draft briefs for agencies and work with multiple agencies to ensure goals are met.
• Experience with content marketing is a must.
• Prior work with long form content such as brochures, case studies, is a must. While we do work with content writers, a lot of our content gets developed internally as well. Ability to write compelling ad and email copy is a great plus.
• Ability to prepare slides to show concepts or key messages in MS PowerPoint is a must.
• Understanding or experience of using Salesforce Lightning CRM, Salesforce Pardot, is a plus.
• Experience operating A/B testing on Ad copy & landing pages is preferred
• Experience in managing exhibiting at trade shows and carrying out integrated campaigns around the same, is a plus
• Experience of preparing, conducting webinars and promoting them is a plus.
• Experience of running lead gen and lead nurture campaigns is a big plus.
