With more than 50 years of operational experience With reserve base of 114.7 million MT with an average zinc-lead grade of 8.7% and mineral resources of 288 million MT. Our Client is the 6th largest silver producers globally with an annual capacity of 800 MT and also listed on the NSE and BSE.
JOB TITLE: Jumbo Operator
EXPERIENCE RANGE:
12-30 years of experience in Jumbo Operations.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Any Diploma/Training/Educational certificate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for providing onsite technical training to local personnel.
•Set standards and project planning.
•Train local personnel for proper handling of the jumbo drill-rig.
•Provide training to local personnel to drill support holes and to install welded mesh.
•Ensure safety production standards all the time.
•Follow job procedures and regulations, operating excavating equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
•Set up and operate drills and drilling machines to produce a designated pattern of blasting holes.
•Operate equipment within the proper parameters.
•Ensure that all equipment is adequately provided with operating supplies throughout the shift.
•Drilling and bolting of incline, decline and mass excavation.
•Conduct pre-start checks of equipment and drill site.
•Follow worksheets and drill patterns and know the hard rock mining techniques.
•Comply with the company’s health and safety policies and work in accordance with occupational health and safety act
