Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Technical Recruiter As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting top IT talent across 20+ countries in Europe. You will work closely with your buddy and your managers to understand the clients'needs and deliver suitable candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process and guiding candidates through the interview process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ months of experience in technical recruiting
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for engineering and technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and product management is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data-driven recruiting techniques
• Able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
