We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Junior Account Coordinator to join our Sydney Operations Team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, is confident on the phone, and wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support customers: Help businesses get their transport jobs organised and running

Solve problems: Step in when issues arise and help coordinate solutions

Use your phone skills: Reach out to clients and carriers as needed to keep jobs on track

Build relationships: Become the go-to person for your portfolio of customers

Collaborate with the team: Work closely with sales, support, and ops to deliver great outcomes

What We’re Looking For

You're comfortable speaking on the phone and enjoy helping people

You're organised, dependable, and proactive

You like solving problems and keeping things on track

You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Bonus: Experience in admin, logistics, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
