The ideal candidate will have exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.Responsibilities
• Update accounts receivable, accounts payable and issue invoices
• Reconcile ledgers monthly and quarterly
• Month-end and year-end closing
• Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant
• Assist in completing audits
• Generate reports of financial status information
Qualifications
• 1+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with a computer
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and various accounting software programs
• Familiarity with accounting software programs
• Keen attention to detail
• Able to maintain confidentiality
