Work hours: GMT shift (3:30:00 pm to 12:30 am). It will be a fixed shift.
Location: Pune, IT Cerebrum Park, Kalyani Nagar
Length: Permanent position, with three-month probation period
Salary: Up to 3LPA

Duties/Responsibilities
Posting journal entries.
Creation of Invoices.
Posting expenses in the HRMS.
Creation of PF working – monthly.
Routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alert supervisor of any discrepancies.
Distribute accounting reports as directed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.
Basic mathematical skills.
Good written & verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Basic knowledge of Accounting in Tally software
Education & Experience
Bookkeeping training preferred.
Must have completed graduation, i.e. 12+3 or equivalent (preferably in Commerce stream though candidates from any stream can apply)
