Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Bookkeeping of daily transactions that includes Sales, Purchase, Journal, Bank, Cash etc.
· Balance Sheet & General Ledger reconciliations,
· Completeness and Accuracy of ledger data for Analytical requirements,
· Manage account payables & receivables. Monitor aged creditors/debtors.
· Preparation of requisite data and documents for audits and compliances,
· Finalization of Accounts, Audits and preparation of Audit documents- Confirmations, Vouchers, Entry verification, taxation payment verification, Legal documents etc.
· Finalization of Accounts- Monthly and yearly BS, P&L Account
· Managing & monitoring daily communications and answering all queries and requirements related to accounts.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES
· Good Communication skills
· Ability to stick to time constraints
· Analytical thinker and problem solver
· Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with accounting software’s like TallyERP-+ etc.
· High level of accuracy
· Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
· B.Com. / M. Com / CA Inter.
· MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
· 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance, especially in Infra /Heavy Fabrication / Manufacturing / Service industry related to Engineering field.

Salary: ₹15,220.+6 - ₹37,30+.88 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Vile Parle, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
