**Temporary Jr. Accountant**

As an internationally active, high-tech label manufacturer, we are mostly a strategic partner for our customers in the markets of healthcare & automotive industries. Our core business is innovative high-tech labels and functional parts. We increase the added value for our customers through suitable system solutions and services.

The US operations are currently headquartered in Blauvelt, NY with plans to relocate to Chestnut Ridge, NY within the next two years. The brand-new location will offer the increased production, warehousing, and shipping capacity needed to support our continued growth in the market. In addition, the new facility will include a training center for our employees to enhance their skills, and to test new innovations. By focusing on our customers' needs, we are able to deliver excellent service in support of their goals.

About the Role:

The Temp Jr Accountant, reporting to the Controller, will play an important role through fiscal year end and Q1 audit and reporting processes. This is a temporary role, targeting approximately six (6) months of direct employment to support the AP/AR processes within the Finance department. The decision to on a permanent position will take place in late Q1 2026 based strictly on business needs and continued growth to expectations.

Responsibilities

Billing – prepare accurate customer invoices and send through customer portals, emails etc.

Accounts Receivable – maintain customer accounts, track payments and follow up on overdue accounts

Investigate and resolve billing errors, payment discrepancies and customer billing disputes

Prepare analytical analysis relevant to AR

Posting Journal Entries and perform account reconciliations

Assist with month-end close

Participate in yearly physical inventory

Assist with year-end audit

Work on special projects as management requests

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Strong communication skills

Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office

Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems
