Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant cum MIS Manager at VIDA MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED in Mumbai.
The Junior Accountant + MIS Executive will support the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks while also handling Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting. This hybrid role ensures accurate financial records and delivers critical data insights that help drive business decisions. The position will involve preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and developing reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Data Entry in Tally: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Invoice Management: Process invoices, track payments, and manage expense reports.
• MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain MIS reports to track financial performance and business metrics.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Support: Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance and MIS teams as needed.
Qualifications and Skills requirement:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field
• Experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MIS software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
