About the job:
Key responsibilities:
A. Accounting & finance:
1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Prepare and process invoices, bank statements, and internal financial reports.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
4. Support audit procedures and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
B. Stores & inventory management:
1. Manage daily inventory transactions, including stock receiving, issuing, and storing.
2. Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with records.
3. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
4. Maintain proper documentation for inventory movement (Good Receipt Notes, Invoices).
C. Administrative & technical:
1. Utilize ERP, accounting, and inventory management software to log data.
2. Collaborate with internal teams (sales and procurement) to align records.
