Sonashi team is continuously growing and we are looking for a male Junior Accountant to join the internal accounting team immediately.
- UAE Tax Filing knowledge
· Tax knowledge as per UAE Law.
· Managing the bank accounts including bank reconciliation and extensive post-dated cheques (PDC) management
· Cash Management - Maintenance of Petty Cash, disbursement of internal funds
· To handle accounting (Trial balance and P&L)
· Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents.
· To control expense claims and other benefits.
· Monitoring Accounts Receivables/Payables & ensuring timely collection/discharge of credit
· Generate Invoices. Interaction with other depts for smooth operation.
· Provide support as required, for the efficient functioning of a team-oriented office environment
· Ensuring that respective actions will be taken to deliver the quality objectives set for the year.
· Cash management - maintenance of petty cash, disbursement of internal funds
· To handle day to day accounting including but not limited to posting of daily bank and cash entries
· To verify expense claims and process.
· Verifying and posting revenue invoices on real-time basis. Interaction with other depts for smooth operation to ensure data is accurate and available.
· Provide support as required, for the efficient functioning of a team-oriented office environment including physical record-keeping, filing
· Ensuring that respective actions will be taken to deliver the quality objectives set for the year.
· Ensuring promotion of stakeholder focus in all tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
