Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accounts Assistant located in South Mumbai. The Junior Accounts Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to credit control, petty cash management, finance support, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and basic accounting duties. Experience : 0 to 3 years / BCom Qualifications Credit Control and Petty Cash management skills Finance support and Accounting knowledge Strong communication skills Experience in basic accounting tasks Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Relevant certification in Accounting or Finance Ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Description Prepare month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, Data entry of various receipts and payments of the company in Tally Prepare daily company and personal cash flows Bank Reconciliation of all accounts Verify GSTR-2 A entries and ensure returns are filed by suppliers Report to the Account Manager Fluency in English and Hindi Advance MS Excel skills Experience in Tally ERPv6/Prime Experience in TDS Experience in GST Income tax return filing Manage balance sheet and PL statements Manage all account transactions Assist the manager in Finalization of Accounts Assist with tax audits and tax returns
