Roles and Responsibilities:
• Basics of Accounting Knowledge and Taxation work including Audits like Tax audits and statutory Audits
• Salary Statement and processing bank payments
• Monthly Profit and Loss Statement
• File TDS, GST & ROC Compliances regularly Tally system Invoicing
• Shall manage Administration day-to-day activities
• Shall perform administration of company databases
• Shall manage House keeping & Office Assistant
• Should be manage employee attendance records
• Should be maintain tools and asset lists.
• Shall manage office supplies and daily expenses
• Shall manage Panty & Stationary stocks
• Shall manager Phone Bill, EB Bill, DG set & vehicle maintenance & insurance
• Shall schedule in-house and external events.
• Arrange SIM card, mail ID & computer/Laptop for new joiners
• Arrange Birthday celebration for employees

Required Candidate profile
• We are looking for fresh graduates (preferably Arts/science graduates)
• Accounting skill
• Freshers are welcome
• Knowledge in MS-Office
• Preferred immediate joiners
