Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and tech-savvy Assistant Admin Manager to support day-to-day campus administration.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of admin tasks, strong coordination skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and operational efficiency across the campus.
• Assist in managing campus administration operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain and monitor cleaning and maintenance checklists for all campus areas.
• Ensure timely procurement and quality check of consumables and supplies.
• Maintain stock and inventory records (digital & physical).
• Coordinate with academic team leaders for admin audits and inspections.
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintenance issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly admin reports for management.
• Suggest and implement improvements in admin processes using digital tools.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of campus/office admin operations.
• Basic tech skills - MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital record keeping.
• Good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
