Job Title: Junior Advocate
Job Type: Full-time (Day shift)
Shift timings: +.30 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
Education :
UG : LLB in Any Specialization or/and
PG : LLM in Any Specialization
Gender : Male/Female
Job Summary:
- Represent clients in legal matters, provides legal advice, and Drafting skill. Specializes in patents, trademarks, and copyrights , association Formation, Partnership Registration, and Society registration, Trust Registration.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge in Trademark Hearing, Trademark Objection, Trademark Opposition, Section8/NGO Registration, Trust Registration, Copyright Reply, Association Formation, TradeMark Reply, Partnership Registration, and Society registration
