• BPO/Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.
• Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
• Excellent communication skills along with active listening.
• Customer focused approach.
• Must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
QUALIFICATION: GRADUTATE (ANY DEGREE) AND 12TH PASS
