Job Description
A NASDAQ-listed company that has effectively maintained its position as the front-runner in the food and beverage sector is looking to onboard a skilled Backend Developer keen on creating scalable and modular code to be used across different company internal teams and stakeholders. The client is looking for a very autonomous and self-sufficient talent with strong know-how in Java, Node.js, and Azure, and experience in implementing and optimizing APIs for a new greenfield project. The talent will be interacting with other Turing talents as well as an internal cross-functional team.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with a focus on API work.
• 4+ years of experience with Java and Node.js .
• 2+ years of experience with Azure.
• Hands-on experience dealing with and implementing different types of API models (REST, SOAP, gRPC, etc. ) and their pros and cons.
• Knowledgeable in best practices in API contract testing and management.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Azure Blob Storage (BLOB)
