Responsibilities for
Junior Android Developer:1-Assist in the development of new Android mobile applications under the direction of a senior engineer. 2-Design, code, unit test, debug, and document programs. 3-Clearly and actively communicate the status of work and projects to stakeholders as needed. 4- Diagnose and resolve software defects and problems. 5-Meet time requirements for assignments, with minimal reminders. 6-Provide work breakdown using standardized estimation techniques. 7-Participate in work product reviews (e.g. code design). 8-Support other legacies Android and Java applications as required
Skill Set Required: 1-Good written and verbal communication in English. 2-Demonstrated experience with Java or Kotlin, and Android mobile programming. 3-Experience with Android Studio.
4- Familiarity with all phases of the software development life cycle (analysis, design, development, testing, defect tracking/resolution, deployment, field support).
5-Experience with XML in designing layouts(Specially Constraint Layout) 6-Familiarity with version control tools like GIT 7-Familiarity with distributed cloud computing environments, modern computer software architectures, and advanced software practices.
8-Familiarity with Object-Oriented Application architecture and programming.+-Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Sprints, etc.) 10-Familiarity with mobile/server-based cloud computing. 11- Familiarity with database systems using SQLite and Realm etc. 12- Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST, JSON, and basic knowledge of web development. 12-Formal or informal Android mobile programming experience.
