Job Summary:

The Junior Apparel Designer for Kids' Fashion will be responsible for creating high-quality, on-trend designs for kids' apparel. This role involves research and trend analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and fabrics.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion design, specifically in kidswear apparel. They will be responsible for designing casual wear, ethnic wear, and accessories for kids. The designer will conduct market research, analyze trends, and illustrate and prototype designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and functional clothing designs for kids

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform design decisions

• Illustrate and prototype designs, and present them to the team and stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - sourcing, production, marketing, and buying

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customer and their needs

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fabrics, and technologies
