Responsibilities
Assist in developing accurate architectural designs, layouts, and plans
Contribute to both conceptual and detailed design phases
Prepare architectural drawings, reports, and presentations
Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to create precise architectural drawings
Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance
Research materials, building codes, and construction techniques
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Basic knowledge of liasoning with stakeholders to ensure compliance and obtain approvals
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of building bye-laws and regulations
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
