Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design development, drafting, and coordination of architectural projects from concept through execution, under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conceptual and schematic design development.
Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
Participate in client meetings and site visits as required.
Support the preparation of design presentations, working drawings, and documentation for regulatory approvals.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers during project execution.
Conduct site measurements, surveys, and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
0–3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
Proficiency in design and drafting software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), etc.
Strong design sense with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Internship or freelance project experience.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
Basic understanding of local building codes and approval processes.
