Junior Architect (Min 1 year experience)
Office Location: Thane
Work Type: Full-Time, Work from Home
Contract: 1 year minimum and extendable

Software Skills: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render & Twinmotion
Enigma Design is looking for a Junior Architect
This is a full-time work-from-home role on for a Junior Architect with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Residential and Commercial Architecture or Interior projects. You will be placed working from home for full time. The role involves tasks such as creating architectural drawings, building information modeling (BIM), and construction drawings using AutoCAD Revit and other BIM software.

Pre-requisite:
-He/She must have his/her own system or laptop to support heavy software like AutoCAD, Revit and Lumion.
-He/She must have a strong internet connection with good connectivity.
-He/She must have good proficiency in AutoCAD and one 3D software like Sketchup or Revit.
Qualifications:
-B.Arch preferred. BIM Modellers or BIM Engineers with similar experience can be considered.
-Experience in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
-Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
-Knowledge of Construction Drawings and Submittals
-Proficiency in Architectural GFC/Working drawings in Revit preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Understanding of construction processes and materials
-Degree in Architecture or related field
-Knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit Architecture and Structure is a must.
-Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, and Twin Motion is preferred.
