Role Description:
· Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts, plans, technical drawings and specifications BOQ’s for a variety of projects.
· Create detailed 3D models and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
· Conduct on-site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure adherence to design standards and specifications.
· Create designs and detailed drawings with computer-aided design AutoCAD applications.
· Manage project development from pre-design through completion, meeting with clients and consultants, providing insights and assistance.
· Attend regular meetings with clients, vendors and contractors.
· Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire process.
Competencies:
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Exceptional creativity and innovation.
· Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficiency with required software tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Sketch up, Photoshop. BIM Revit experience shall be given priority.
· Computer fluency in Mac and PC.
· Strong eye for visual composition.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in the related field is a must.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same field.
