Responsibilities
Client Interaction and Communication.
Sales Team Coordination:
Design Development:
Project Documentation and Management:
Conception to completion.
Develop design concepts incorporating sustainable and innovative solutions.
Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in Architecture and design
Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for architectural projects
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project execution on time.
Oversee the preparation of project proposals and presentations
Networking and consulting with various industry professional
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in both interior and architectural design, with a demonstrated portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, along with strong technical drawing and drafting skills
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
Knowledge of 2D & 3D modelling software, for visualizations and presentations, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
