Looking for a bachelor of architect (B.Arch.) who has a good sense of Aesthetics and Presentation, and is willing to learn and grow as a designer in our firm.
Key Responsibilities include:
Preparing detailed working drawings.
Develop BOQ, Cost and Material templates.
Research, select and specify materials and finishes.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 1 year of experience in an architecture firm.
Must be proficient in the following programs: AutoCAD, Google SketchUP, and Photoshop.
Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills, presentation and organizational skills.
