Job Title: Junior Architect
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:
• Contribute to design development across Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, and Building Services.
• Translate conceptual designs into executable drawings and 3D models.
• Collaborate effectively in team discussions and client presentations.
• Participate in the preparation of BOQs and support the execution team with documentation and site coordination.
• Conduct site visits and be available for relocation or extended stays at project locations as required.
Key Requirements:
• Drafting & 3D Modelling: Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. (Additional skills in Rhino and Revit will be an advantage)
• Visualization Tools: Skilled in Lumion. (Working knowledge of V-Ray and Enscape is a plus)
• Post-production & Graphic Presentation: Adept in Adobe Photoshop.
• Presentation & Documentation: Competent with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong ability to communicate ideas through hand sketches and rapid 3D visualizations.
