Assist In Design Development
• Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts.
• Create and modify architectural drawings using software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Participate in design meetings and contribute ideas.
Research And Analysis
• Conduct research on materials, construction methods, and building codes.
• Analyze site conditions and constraints.
• Collect and organize data related to the project.
Documentation
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Maintain and organize project files.
• Green Building certification documentation. (IGBC, GRIHA, etc)
Modeling And Rendering
• Create 3D models and renderings to help visualize design concepts.
• Work with various software tools to produce presentation materials.
Site Visits
• Accompany architect's on-site visits to observe construction progress.
• Document site conditions and report back to the design team.
Collaboration
• Collaborate with other team members, including architects, engineers, and designers.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants.
Learning And Professional Development
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture.
• Attend workshops, seminars, or training sessions to enhance skills.
Support Administrative Tasks
• Assist in project coordination tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project documentation.
Code Compliance
• Familiarize yourself with local building codes and zoning regulations.
• Ensure that design proposals comply with relevant codes and standards.
