The basket of projects dealt with by Mr. Nirav Mahadevia includes an industrial park (less than 100 hectares to 4400 hectares), SEZ (free zone), shipbuilding, and logistic park along with housing area planning. The first shipbuilding park in Gujarat was conceptualized by TTPL in 2010.
TTPL undertake site selection for infrastructure or tourism-related project. The team will handle revenue issues also and help you procure the land. Master planning, detailed engineering, and all related government approvals under the policy have been the expertise of TTPL.
