Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design Development:
• Collaborate with senior architects and designers in the development of conceptual designs for architectural and interior projects.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Space Planning:
• Assist in space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal utilization of space while meeting client requirements and project goals.
• Material and Finish Selection:
• Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings based on project specifications, budget, and design concept.
• Client Interaction:
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand and interpret client needs, and present design concepts effectively.
• Project Coordination:
• Work closely with project managers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of design deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project details.
• Documentation:
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Site Visits:
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to design intent.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the design process.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong conceptual and design skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Project Management skills
• Experience in architectural / Interior projects and design
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
