Tasks and Activities for the role:
1. Independently manage projects for clients & project coordination, being front face for meetings etc
2. Design research
3. Generate great & competitive design concepts, design solutions
4. Prepare great design presentations & present to the client
5. Make SKTCHUP models, CAD drgs, BOQs, estimates & views as required for projects.
6. Prepare timelines for the project and track them
7. Deliver customer Delight factor
8. Deliver accurate output & deliver on or before time
10. Respond to client as well as other consultants, proactive in getting feedback and act on it, resolve site /other queries in a timely manner, thorough in documentation, escalate issues if any to superiors in time
11. Vendor development, sourcing materials, new suppliers, new resources & well networked with vendors and consultants, continuous research of the market trends and prices
12. Should be ready to travel as and when the project requires it
Competencies required for the Role:
· Degree in Interior Design / Industrial Design / Architecture
· 5 to 7 years of experience after graduation (internship not counted)
· Well groomed & presentable
· Experience in Retail store planning & Mall industry
· Hands on experience in autocad, sketchup, coreldraw, photoshop, powerpoint, excel
· Experience of having worked in/led a team, grooming & mentoring team
· Good Site experience
· Cool, composed and with a sense of humour, work well under pressure, punctual, dependable, honest
INTERIOR DESIGNER: 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE

5. Develop sketch up models and develop options
