The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with industry trends and be able to tackle design problems in the given context.(interior designers please don't apply for this position) ResponsibilitiesCreate requisite design for projectsCommunicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needsPrepare presentations and working drawings (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clientsCreate quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followedMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevantQualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) 2- 5 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup/ 3ds MaxStrong creative and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to executeThe office is based in Jaipur, would prefer local candidates only.Remuneration as per industry standards and candidate profile
