About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Apply knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, building codes, building materials and systems. Produce conceptual plans and renderings.

2. Work with the project manager, direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the conceptual design phase, schematic design phase, and/or the detailed design phase of a project.

3. Plan and program layout of project(s); coordinate and integrate engineering elements into a unified design for client review and approval.

4. Assist in the research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

₹ 3,00,000 - 4,80,000 /year

Skills required:

AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit, Google SketchUp and 3ds Max
