Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect at SMA ARCHITECTS located in Mettuppalaiyam. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in designing architectural plans, conducting site visits, collaborating with senior architects, and participating in client meetings. They will also be involved in preparing presentations, creating 3D models, and developing construction documents.

Qualifications

• Architectural Design, Drafting, and 3D Modeling skills

• Experience in site visits and client meetings

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other architectural software

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
