Job Responsibilities
As a Junior Architect, you will be an integral part of our team, involved in multiple phases of design and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in architectural design, space planning, and conceptual development.
• Producing high-quality 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Creating 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop.
• Preparing design documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Conducting site visits, assisting in client meetings, and coordinating with consultants and vendors.
• Supporting the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project estimates.
• Collaborating with senior architects and designers to bring creative ideas to life.
What We Seek
We are looking for an individual who:
✔ Has a strong design sensibility and a keen eye for detail.
✔ Is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop. Additional software skills are welcome.
✔ Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
✔ Is curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
✔ Thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
