Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Summary: As a Junior Architect, you will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
• Support senior architects in creating design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and problem-solving sessions.
• Coordinate with consultants and suppliers to gather necessary information and materials for projects.
• Conduct site analysis and research to understand project constraints and opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Support the resolution of design and construction issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices in architecture and real estate development.
• Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and design methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate development industry.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
